Standard Delivery

  • Delivery within 2–4 working days.

  • Orders are shipped using trusted UK courier services.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Free UK Delivery

  • Free tracked delivery is available on qualifying orders.

  • Any applicable delivery promotions will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you have not received your parcel within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery. Our team will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
