Returns

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we cannot accept returns of fragrances that have been opened, used, tested, or where the original seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, faulty, or if an incorrect product has been supplied.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is faulty;

  • The item was damaged in transit; or

  • An incorrect item was supplied.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as FIAH cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
