Most UK orders are delivered within 2–4 working days after dispatch.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. All eligible orders are sent using tracked delivery services, and tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver outside the UK?

Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes. FIAH guarantees that all fragrances sold on our website are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted suppliers and authorised distributors.
Why does the packaging look different from previous purchases?
Brands occasionally update their packaging and bottle designs without notice. This does not affect the authenticity or quality of the fragrance.
Do you sell testers?
Unless specifically stated in the product description, all products sold by FIAH are standard retail items.

Can I return my order?
Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Can I return an opened fragrance?
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
